SURE SEAL 24/7 Plus Stone & Concrete Sealer is a water-based penetrating sealer which provides unparalleled protection against water and oil-based stains, efflorescence and alkalis to maintain the natural look and beauty of stone surfaces.

SURE SEAL 24/7 Plus Stone & Concrete Sealer allows the treated surface to breathe and will not pool, discolour, etch or yellow the treated surface. Excellent for use on all types of stone and masonry surfaces, including bluestone, slate, sandstone, limestone, travertine, terracotta, concrete, brick, stucco, pavers, exposed aggregate, terrazzo, etc. Formulated with exclusive resins this sealer penetrates even dense substrates such as marble, granite and porcelain and protects from moisture intrusion on both interior and exterior surfaces.

Application:

USE AS IS. DO NOT DILUTE. Always ensure that the surface is clean and free from debris and previous sealants and waxes. Any existing stains must be removed prior to sealant application. Apply by brush, lambs-wool applicator or garden-type sprayer, One good coat is usually sufficient. However, on very porous surfaces or heavy walkway areas, two coats are recommended. Allow 1-2 hours between applications of each coat.

Maintenance:

To clean exterior treated areas, use a garden hose with a pressure nozzle or pressure washer with a maximum pressure of 1000 PSI depending upon the surface. For interior applications simply mop or wipe with a soft cloth or sponge and a mild liquid cleaner or water. Do not use harsh cleaning agents such as abrasive powders, ammonia, acids, bleach, solvents or abrasive scrubbing pads.

Cleaning Up of Equipment: Rinse equipment with warm or cold water.

Coverage: One litre will cover approximately 8-40 sq. metres, depending upon the porosity of the substrate and method of application.

Expected Wear: Sure Seal will last for many years with proper maintenance on all treated surfaces: however, heavy walkway areas should be tested yearly and product reapplied if necessary.
