Inspection on Delivery
All customers are required to inspect their order upon pickup or delivery. Any issues or defects must be reported within 24 hours of receiving the goods.

Return Eligibility
Returns are accepted within 15 days of delivery or pickup, provided the items are:

  • In original condition

  • Unused and undamaged

  • Returned in original packaging

Restocking Fee & Shipping
All returns are subject to a 35% restocking fee.
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the product is faulty.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Custom orders

  • Discontinued product lines

  • Sealers or chemical products

Refunds
Approved returns will be refunded via the original payment method, minus any applicable fees.
