Processing Time
Orders are processed within 24 hours of confirmation.
Delivery Timeframes
For deliveries within Sydney Metro, please allow 2–3 business days. Regional NSW and other states such as QLD and VIC may take 4–8 business days, depending on location and freight schedules.
Pickup Option
Customers can choose to pick up their order directly from our Sydney warehouse. Please contact us to arrange a suitable pickup time.
Delivery Methods
We work with trusted third-party transport providers to offer door-to-door delivery. Delivery options include trucks with mounted forklifts, HIAB (crane trucks), and tailgate trucks with pallet jacks. Let us know your site setup beforehand, and we’ll recommend the most suitable method. Quotes are available on request before checkout.
Access Requirements
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure safe and suitable access at the delivery location. If access is restricted or unsafe, delivery may be delayed or incur additional charges.
Receiving Your Order
We recommend that someone is present to receive and inspect the delivery. Any issues or damages must be reported to us within 24 hours of receiving the goods.
